Terms & Conditions

1. This contest is open to all Malaysian citizens and permanent residents except employees of Pizza Hut Restaurants Sdn Bhd, its promotion agencies, advertising agencies, PR agencies and their associate companies, as well as their immediate family members.
2. You can send in as many entries as you like but each entry must show two acts/tasks being performed at the same time. One of the acts/tasks must feature the eating of the Pizza Hut Starzbites Pizza.
3. The photo must be 100% original. No photo-retouching or any other form of photo manipulation or enhancement is allowed.
4. The contest period is from 26th June – 6th August 2008.
5. To participate, each participant is required to send a photo with a caption to starzbites.contest@pizzahut.com.my. Don’t forget to include your details in the email (full name, IC, home/office number and mobile number).
6. Participants may send in as many entries as they wish but each winner is entitled to win only one prize. All prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash. 
7. Entries sent via dispatch, courier service, registered mail, normal mail or POS Laju will not be entertained and will be deemed disqualified.
8. Incomplete, late entries and entries with no or insufficient details will be disqualified.
9. By participating in the “Starzbites Double-up & Win Contest”, each participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts the terms and conditions. The judges’ decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
10. Pizza Hut Restaurants Sdn Bhd reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize without prior notice.
11. Pizza Hut Restaurants Sdn Bhd reserves the right to end the contest any time throughout the planned duration without prior notice.
12. Pizza Hut Restaurants Sdn Bhd reserves the right to use, publish or display the names and photographs of the winners for advertising and publicity purposes in any mode of publication, distribution or display without any royalty or compensation payable to the winners. The winners may also be required to attend prize presentations and/or participate in publicity programmes. Representatives of the winners are not allowed.
13. Pizza Hut Restaurants Sdn Bhd makes no representation or warranties with respect to any prizes given in this Contest and in particular, makes no warranties with respect to the quality of the prizes or their suitability for any purpose.
14. Pizza Hut Restaurants Sdn Bhd reserves the right to vary, delete or add the terms and conditions herein at any time at its absolute discretion without notice. In the event of conflict, these terms and conditions shall prevail over any of the contents of any brochure or other promotional materials advertising this Contest.
15. All winners will be notified via email or phone call 6 weeks after the contest. Full list of winners will be made available on the official Pizza Hut website (www.pizzahut.com.my).
16. Collection of prizes must be made by 30 October 2008 or prizes will be forfeited.
